Director, Jennifer Ball has over 19 years' experience working with global companies including British American Tobacco, Coca-Cola, Diageo, EDF Energy, GSK, National Grid and Selfridges in all areas of communication including Internal Communications, Marketing, PR and Change. As a Prosci Certified Change Practitioner she recognises the benefits of using the ADKAR model to drive lasting change across an organisation.

She is a qualified journalist holding The Professional Publishers Association's Professional Certificate in Journalism, Melcrum's Internal Communication Black Belt qualification and the  PRINCE 2 Foundation course in Project Management. In 2017, Jennifer won the best Freelance/Interim category at The Institute of Internal Communications ICon awards and is now an active member of the Institute's London committee.
